Your Easy PM Project And Task Management was made to make project managers life easier. This application allows a PM to Organize projects and for each meeting create a paperless note system that can also act as a message board.
Your Easy PM Project And Task Management asks project managers to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription. Once inside the application the PM will have UNLIMITED invite requests for team members. This means FREE access to all employees. Employees will have no permissions to access the user monitoring page or create meetings or projects.
Your Easy PM Project And Task Management keeps track of employee duties. Team members can make or edit posts while attending a meeting or, as long as the meeting has been created, can add new posts or edit previously entered posts before or prior to meetings. If something needs done by an invite(s) team members need to assign the post to be of type task.
Your Easy PM Project And Task Management makes it easy for all team members to be fully informed of tasks they are assigned. When a post in a meeting of type task is entered, a new post will be made in that invite(s) "mytask" page and also add a due date to the invite(s) calendar.
